1 Thing that I learned this week:
Slow down - In this fast-paced world, we need to slow down for a few moments just to reassure we are on our ideal race track. We get constantly distracted by our surroundings. Youtube, Instagram, tv, friends, and colleges are constantly feeding us new information that may influence our life decisions.
That's the reason why you must pause every week and self-reflect, just to check if you are on the right track.
