It's been 7 months since I posted my blog. I don't blame anyone but myself. I am really sorry for this inconsistent behavior. I have made certain changes in my lifestyle, which I believe will help me regain my consistency.
Sorry again!

1 Thing that I learned this week:
What comes after getting everything you ever wanted? What follows that? There was this deep void in my life when I thought I had achieved everything I desired. I believed it would bring me happiness, but, on the contrary, it made me even sadder.
What is the purpose of getting out of bed? What should I do with my life? Why should I earn?
These questions were constantly on my mind. Until I stumbled upon "Atomic Habits" by James Clear.
Wow, how did I miss this for so long? He clearly explained in one of the chapters the difference between outcome-based habits and identity-based habits.
Outcome-based habits are the ones we form to reach a specific goal, to achieve something as an outcome. These are short-term and can be achieved in a few days or months.
Identity-based habits are the ones that support your overall identity. You don't run to lose 10 kilograms; you wake up in the morning and run because you are a fit person. These types of habits last for a longer period of time.
All this time, I was focusing on outcome-based habits and neglecting identity-based habits. That's why I felt an identity crisis in my life.
Can you relate this to your own life? Let me know!

1 Tip:
Don't work in bed, don't scroll in the toilet, don't drink on the couch.
Sleep in bed, use the toilet, relax on the couch.
Mixing these activities confuses our brain.
