1 Quote that made me think:
"You change the world by being yourself." - Yoko ono
1 Thing that I learned this week:
Seriously, it's tough to be our true selves in this noisy world.
I had this self-introspection with myself. I started out on YouTube to express my views and to be spontaneous in posting videos.
However, since I didn't get many views, I had to change my intention to attract people. This led me to start creating content for them, so it basically became 70% for the algorithm and 30% for true expression.
Why do we do this to ourselves? I was aware of how the algorithm would influence us to bend, yet awareness alone was not enough to avoid being influenced, I suppose.
Do views really matter? What if great poets and artists lived during this era? Would they stop working because they didn't get likes?
Something to think about!

1 Tip:
Place cues in your surroundings which support your desired habit.
Example: If you want to jog everyday, keep shoes in a spot where you see everyday.
If you want to read everyday, place a book near the bed.
Change your surroundings in such a way which supports your new behaviour.
